[Brand Memberships] Can I edit my Brand Membership Profile details?

Yes, you can edit your Brand Membership Profile details.
 
To do so, please follow the steps below: 

 

 

Step 1: Go to the Membership tab on the shop’s page

Step 2: Click on your Tier

Step 3: Edit your details 

 
⚠️ Note:
 

• You can only change your birthdate once.
• Any updates to your Membership Profile will be updated across all Brand Membership Programmes from different Shopee Mall shops. 
• The updates are separate from your Main Shopee Account profile details. 

 
On the Membership Profile page, you can also Quit Brand Membership to stop participating in the programme.

 

 
⚠️ Note:
 
The following will happen if you quit the Brand Membership programme:
 

• All Accumulated Points, spending and earned tiers will be removed, and you'll be unable to enjoy membership benefits. 
• Any subsequent signups to the same Mall shop will be considered a new membership application, with the accumulation of points and spending starting anew. 
• However, bonus points for new members will not be rewarded for repeat signups.
