To change your delivery address after placing an order, ensure that the following criteria are met:
- For Shopee Supported Logistics: The seller has not arranged the shipment.
- For Non-Shopee Supported Logistics: Payment has been confirmed.
- Address Change Limit: There has been no prior address change request for this order, as delivery addresses can only be updated once per order.
- Shipping Fee Impact: The new address does not result in a higher shipping fee (e.g., from West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa).
- Voucher Usage: No Free Shipping Voucher was applied to the order.
If all conditions are met, you can proceed with your address update request by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select the To Ship section under My Purchases in The Me tab
Step 2: Select the order
Step 3: Click on CHANGE
Step 4: Select the new delivery address
Step 5: Press the CONFIRM button

đź’ˇ Tips:
- If you need to change to a new address not saved in our system, you can add the address on the Address Selection page as shown above.
If the seller has arranged the shipment but pickup has not yet occurred, changing your address will not be possible. We recommend cancelling your order and placing a new one instead.
If your order has already been picked up and is in transit, an address change is not supported. However, if your order is handled by SPX Express, you may request an In-Transit Return/Refund.
⚠️ Note:
- Cancellation requests are subject to the seller’s approval. If the seller rejects your request, the order will proceed as usual.
