[ShopeeFood Merchant] How do I cancel an order in the Shopee Partner app?

We know that sometimes you may not be able to fulfill an order, whether due to out-of-stock items, sudden kitchen issues, or unexpected circumstances. 
 
✅ Good news! With our new self-cancellation feature, you can now manage cancellations quickly and easily within the Shopee Partner App.
 
How to cancel an order
Step 1: Click on the “Edit/Cancel Order” button in the Order Details page
Step 2: Select the reason for cancellation and call the customer before confirming the cancellation of the order.

 

 

⚠️ Important Notes:

  1. Customers appreciate transparency; please call or text them before proceeding with cancellation.
  2. The ‘Cancel Order’ button will only appear if your store has self-cancellation access enabled, regardless of account type.
  3. You must choose a valid cancellation reason before confirming the cancellation.
