[Notifications] Why am I not receiving push notifications from Shopee App?

If you're not receiving push notifications from the Shopee App, it might be due to your device's access or permission settings. Ensure the app has the necessary permissions to function properly

 

For Android users

  1. Go to your device's App settings.
  2. Find and Select Shopee App.
  3. Click on Notifications.
  4. Toggle on the Allow notifications button to enable,
