[Notifications] Why am I not receiving push notifications from Shopee App?

If you’re having issues receiving push notifications from Shopee App, it could be due to the access or permission settings for Shopee App on your mobile device. To receive push notifications from Shopee App, you must allow the application to have access to your Calendar. 

 

For Android users

Go to your device’s App settings > Select Shopee App > Permissions > Calendar > Allow. 

 

For iOS users

Go to your device’s App settings > Select Shopee App > Select Notifications > Enable toggle to Allow Notifications.
