Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging to protect them from any damage when they are shipped back to the seller/Shopee Warehouse (e.g. cardboard box or with bubble wrap).

• For fragile items, you are encouraged to use a This side up, Fragile, or Handle with Care stickers as an additional reminder to the courier to handle your parcel with caution.

What are the original inclusions for return products?

Ensure that product(s) are returned in the original received condition, completed with all the original inclusions like:

• Original brand packaging
• Free gifts
• Warranties
• Tags
• Manuals
• All the accessories provided with the product

• Shopee won’t be liable for any damage caused to your return parcel due to improper packaging.
• Your parcel may go through multiple touch-points during delivery (e.g. loading, unloading, sorting) so they should be adequately packaged to withstand the entire delivery cycle.
