Terms and conditions of Shopee Deals, Vouchers & Bills:

1. Any “Tickets, Top-Ups & Bills” purchased cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled after a purchase unless due to system failure
2. Maximum of (3) three top-ups per day with the same mobile number or maximum of (3) three top-ups per day with the same Credit or Debit Card
3. For Postpaid phone bills, there are no restrictions in the number of times payments that can be made except for Maxis which only allows (1) one payment per week for the same mobile number.
4. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions which are found to be fraudulent.
5. Shopee reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions including discontinuing any promotions that are running without advance notice.
