  1. Try redeeming the code again. Make sure you didn't mistype it, and don’t use spaces or dashes when you type in the code
  2. Ensure that the Google Play account used to redeem the code is within the Malaysia region
  3. Ensure that the Google Play account used to redeem the code has not hit the account spending limit.
