To view your chat history with a Shopee Customer Service live agent, return to the Chat with Shopee page on your Shopee app.

Go to the Me tab > select Chat with Shopee > scroll up to view chat history.

You may need to wait a while for a live agent to be assigned to you. In the meantime, you can send your question in the conversation and select topics suggested by our chatbot to find immediate answers.
