Shopee’s system will automatically block or limit your account if unusual or risky activity is detected, such as:
Multiple login attempts to your account
Suspected hacking attempts
Sign-ins from unusual locations or new devices
Changes to your username or password
b. Breach of Shopee’s policies
Users who violate one or more of our policies will face account limitations or permanent suspension. Violations of Shopee’s policies include:
Exploiting vouchers or promotions
Participating in scams
Generating fake orders
Other fraudulent activities

4. Technical issues
Sometimes, login issues occur due to technical problems. Ensure that:
Your Shopee App is updated to the latest version
You are connected to a stable internet connection
5. Incorrect passwords for third-party accounts
If you are trying to log in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, ensure that the account and password for the third-party account are correct.
