Follow Prize is a reward voucher for buyers when you follow a shop. The voucher value varies, depending on the shop's seller.

How do I use it & where do I find it?

You can use this type of voucher to enjoy a discount when you buy from the shop you followed.

The pop-up below will appear when you visit the page of shops offering the Follow Prize. You'll still be able to access the voucher via the seller's profile if you close the pop-up.

💡 Tips:

1. Only certain shops offer Follow Prizes
2. Shops with the normal Follow label don’t offer Follow Prizes

To use Follow Prize vouchers, apply them like Free Shipping vouchers. 

Troubleshooting

If you know that a shop is offering a Follow Prize but you're unable to see the voucher, it may be due to these reasons:

1. You have previously followed the shop
2. You have previously claimed a Follow Prize from the shop
3. You are viewing the shop on a desktop - view the shop on Shopee app instead to get the Follow Prize voucher
