[Return Refund] What should I do if I have not received my order but the status shows “Completed”?

If you haven’t received your order but the order status shows “Completed”, you may follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Check with family or neighbours

 

  • Ask your family members or neighbours if they received the parcel for you.
  • Check potential delivery spots like mailboxes or shoe racks before requesting a refund.

 

Step 2: Contact seller or courier

 

  • Reach out to the courier service or logistics partner for parcel information.
  • If the seller's delivery fleet handled the delivery, contact the seller via Shopee Chat.

 

Step 3: Raise a refund request

 

  • You can request a refund for an undelivered order if it’s still within the Shopee Guarantee period. To raise a refund request:

  • No evidence is required for non-receipt cases - for these cases, the solution will be set as "Refund Only" automatically
  • Shopee will review cases and will communicate the resolution to you
