[Digital Products] How do I check the order status for Digital Products?

You can check the status of your digital product orders via the Shopee and ShopeePay apps by following these steps:

Via the Shopee App:
  1. Go to the "Me" tab on the Shopee app homepage.

  2. Select "Prepaid, Bills & Tickets" under your orders section.

  3. Filter your orders based on the status:

    • To Pay

    • To Receive

    • Completed

    • Cancelled

    • Refund

  4. Select any order to view more details.



 Via the ShopeePay App: 
  1. Open the ShopeePay app, then tap on "Bills & Payment".

  2. Tap the "Orders" icon at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Check your order status using the available filters:

    • To Pay

    • To Receive

    • Completed

    • Cancelled

    • Refund



⚠️ Note

 

Transactions for digital products will be processed once payment is made. Do note that some digital products (e.g. Prepaid SIM top-up) will require buyers to take before an order can be considered completed.
