If an ordered menu item is out of stock but the ShopeeFood Delivery Rider has already arrived for pickup, don’t worry! You may request the Delivery Partner to contact the buyer and check if they are willing to replace the item with a similar one in price and portion.
However, do take note that:
- Order changes will not be reflected on the order page.
- No price adjustments can be made.
- Always ensure the buyer agrees to the change before proceeding.
If the buyer does not agree to a replacement, kindly remind them to raise a refund request with ShopeeFood Customer Service for the unavailable item.

Reminder: To prevent such situations, please decline the order upfront if any of the ordered items are unavailable.
