[Order Tracking] What should I do if the pickup for my order is unsuccessful?

If the pickup for your order was unsuccessful, it will be shown under your order’s delivery status via the Order Details page on the Shopee app. You may contact the seller via Shopee Chat to check with them on the pickup rearrangement.

If the seller does not rearrange for pickup or ship your order within the stipulated time frame, our system will automatically cancel it, and we will refund you accordingly.
