To verify your ShopeePay account, follow these steps:
⚠️Note:
- Provide clear images of your identification document and your face to expedite the verification process.
- If your IC is damaged, you can submit alternative documents like your driver's license. Shopee will decide whether to approve additional documents.
IC verification done through the app usually takes 24 hours for processing. Manual uploads might take longer. Notifications regarding the verification outcome will be sent to your Shopee App. If your submission is rejected, you can try again according to the notification's guidance. - Users with older mobile device operating systems may not be able to perform the latest e-KYC process and may be limited to the RM 4,999 wallet limit. Ensure your device is updated to the latest operating system to access the full benefits.
