[Order Cancellation] How will I get my refund for cancelled orders?

Refunds are processed promptly, but timelines may vary based on your payment method. Please refer to the table below for clarity:

You'll be notified via in-app notifications and email once your refund is processed. To check for such notifications, go to Order Updates via the Notifications tab on the Shopee app.

 

 

⚠️Note: For refunds credited to ShopeePay 

 

  • If you've yet to set up ShopeePay, you'll be prompted to do so within 72 hours
  • If you didn't set up ShopeePay after 72 hours, you'll be prompted to add a bank account to receive your refund which will be credited within 1 to 3 working days
  • The refunded amount in your ShopeePay account can be used for future purchases or withdrawn
