If you pay 2 (two) times for the same ShopeeFood order, please contact Customer Service via chat and provide:

1. Order ID
2. Name of Restaurant/Shop/Merchant
3. Proof of double payment [transaction receipt]
4. Any other proof/photos that can help us with our investigations

 Note: If you placed a cashless order, the Delivery Partner is not supposed to collect money from you. You may report to us via ShopeeFood liver chat or alternatively, you may fill out the form HERE if you find out there is a Delivery Partner collecting cash payment from you.
