Checking the status of your order
 
You can track your orders by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select My Purchases under the Me tab

Step 2: View your order based on their status in the respective tabs

 

Tracking Your Order's Delivery Status

 

When your order is marked as To Ship or To Receive, you can access detailed shipping updates and track its delivery progress by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the Shipment Status of your order 

Step 2: Track shipping updates

 

 

⚠️ Note

 

  • Orders shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) will have tracking numbers and can be tracked easily via the Shopee App.
  • Your tracking number may not work due to an incorrect tracking number, pending updates or a system error on the logistics site.
  • If your order has no tracking number, you may contact the seller directly via Shopee Chat to check your order’s delivery status.
