In most cases, you will receive your booking confirmation (PDF file) by email within 3 hours of the completion of your booking.
If you still haven't received it after that time, you may try the following steps:
i) Search for “booking.id@shopee.com” or keyword 'Flight Booking Confirmation’ in junk/spam mail
ii) Resend email from the Shopee App: Go to My Orders > Find your Flight Order Details > Resend E-Ticket > Check your email again
Please contact Shopee Customer Service via the channels below if you still have not received the email after trying the steps mentioned above.
