[Overseas Shipping] How will my overseas order be delivered once it reaches Malaysia?
Once your parcel reaches Malaysia, it will be delivered by either Shopee Supported Logistics or non-Shopee Supported Logistics partners.
Shopee Supported Logistics partners for Doorstep Delivery include:
- ABX Express
- BEST Express (also supports Doorstep Delivery (Sea Shipping))
- SPX Express

If you have chosen Overseas Delivery (Doorstep Delivery, Doorstep Delivery (Sea Shipping)) as the shipping option, your parcel will be delivered by our Shopee Supported Logistics partners. You will be notified via the Shopee App with a local tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment of your parcel via the logistics partner’s website.
If you have chosen Others (Standard Sea Shipping), your parcel will be delivered by Non-Shopee Supported Logistics, which is not trackable. You will be notified once your parcel has been shipped out. Do check your mailbox regularly for the parcel.
