[ShopeeFood Merchant] How to Report Settlement Issues on ShopeeFood?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced on the ShopeeFood platform. If you encounter any of the following settlement-related issues:

 

  1. Did not receive an email with the settlement report
  2. Received a different payment amount than expected
  3. Did not receive the settlement within the given time frame (for more details on the settlement time frame, please refer HERE)
 
Please report the issue to us immediately via chat and include the following details:
  • Merchant Name
  • Registered Email
  • Proof of Settlement Report and proof of the difference in amount received (if applicable)
 
Note: In cases of payment credit delays or system-related issues, Shopee will notify you accordingly.
