At ShopeeFood, we ensure that all our Delivery Rider are verified and selected based on integrity. However, if you encounter any issues with a ShopeeFood Delivery Rider, such as:
 
  • Unable to contact the Delivery Rider
  • Rude behavior or feeling threatened
  • Receiving non-delivery-related messages from the Delivery  Rider 
  • Experiencing harassment
  • Serious law violations (e.g., reckless driving, physical contact attempts, or feeling unsafe)
