ShopeeFood team provides thermal paper during the initial installation. If you need additional paper in the future, you may purchase it from your preferred supplier. Please refer to the paper size and installation instructions below.
Thermal paper specification:
- Width: 57.5 - 58.0mm
- Diameter: 40mm
Step-by-Step Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Pull gently on the orange handle at the top of the printer to open it.

Step 2: Remove the used thermal paper and replace it with a new roll. Ensure the paper is positioned correctly (the printable side should face outward).
Step 3: Pull some paper through the printer, past the cutter, and close the cover.
