An official halal certificate issued by Jakim is needed. Kindly ensure your certificate is not expired upon submitting your application together with our ShopeeFood Sign Up form. We may contact you again via email if the documentation provided is insufficient / incomplete.

Once we have verified your halal status, your food store account will be tagged with a “Halal” status which can provide further acknowledgement and sense of security towards your customers.
