[Return Refund] Can I return a damaged item if my order contains multiple items?

Shopee allows you to choose the specific number of items affected in your order by changing the quantity, this allows you to change for both:
Multiple units of the same item in one order
Different items in one order
Shopee will automatically calculate your refund amount based on the number of items you select for a refund or return. See the examples below:
1. Initially, the quantity is set to 0 by default. You must change it to proceed with a Return/Refund request.
2. If all items in your order are affected, you can click the “Select All” button.
Multiple units of the same item in one order
You may choose only the number of affected items of your multiple units order
Example: You may choose only one item of the total order made
Different items in one order
If you have different items in one order you may choose on the item and the number of items that affected
Example: You may choose on item that affected and change the specific quantity of the affected item.
