[My Account] How Do I add my Bank Account?

Updating your Shopee Wallet Bank Account ensures you can receive refunds in cases where a refund is successful but ShopeePay has not been activated. Once your bank account is updated, any refund will be processed to your registered bank account within 3 working days.

 

Important Note: Verification of your bank account details may take up to 24 hours to complete. 

 

Steps to Update Your Bank Account Details:

  1. Go to the ‘Me’ page from the Shopee Home page.

  2. Click on the Settings button located at the top-right corner of the page.

  3. Select ‘Bank Accounts/Cards’.

  4. Click on ‘Add Bank Account’.

  5. Fill in your Bank Account Details and click Next once completed.

  6. On the next page, click 'Done' after confirming all the details.
  7. Enter the Verification Code and click Verify.
