Updating your Shopee Wallet Bank Account ensures you can receive refunds in cases where a refund is successful but ShopeePay has not been activated. Once your bank account is updated, any refund will be processed to your registered bank account within 3 working days.
Important Note: Verification of your bank account details may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Steps to Update Your Bank Account Details:
Go to the ‘Me’ page from the Shopee Home page.
Click on the Settings button located at the top-right corner of the page.
Select ‘Bank Accounts/Cards’.
Click on ‘Add Bank Account’.
Fill in your Bank Account Details and click Next once completed.
Enter the Verification Code and click Verify.
