Below are the general terms and conditions that apply to ALL vouchers and promo codes (unless stated explicitly in its terms and conditions): 

1. All promo codes can only be used ONCE in successful transactions.
2. All promo codes can only be used for purchases under Shopee Guarantee.
3. Promo codes in collection banners are only applicable to products on the respective collection pages unless stated otherwise.
4. Shopee reserves the right to cancel any orders with invalid usage of promo codes.
5. Shopee reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Each unique promo code is limited to one purchase per person, per household.
7. Shopee reserves the right to cancel any orders/benefits if fraud or similar activity is suspected.

Notes:

Starting 27 February 2025, Shopee users will be able to apply up to 3 types of vouchers per checkout: 

• At least 1 Shop Voucher; and 
• 1x Free Shipping Discount; and 
• 1x Platform Voucher (includes discount voucher or cashback voucher or bank vouchers)
