Shopee Web Browser
- Clear your web browser's cache.
- If the issue persists, try using different web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari.
Shopee App
- Minimise the number of items in your Shopping Cart.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Shopee app.
- Clear cache on your Shopee app:
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on the Gear icon
Step 3: Click on About
Step 4: Select the Clear Cache button
