What Are Food & Services Vouchers?
Food & Services Vouchers purchased from the Prepaid, Bills & Tickets category can be used at participating stores by presenting the voucher code to the cashier. These vouchers are for offline redemption only, and you must show the correct code to the store staff to claim it.

 ⚠️ Important: Accidentally swiping or claiming the voucher before presenting it at the store may render it unusable. 

How to Find and Use Your Voucher
Follow the steps below to locate and redeem your Food & Services Vouchers in-store.

Step-by-Step Guide to Redeem

For All Shopee App Users:

1. Go to Prepaid, Bills & Tickets from the Shopee Homepage or Me tab.

2. Tap on Orders (top right corner).

3. Find your order under the To Receive tab.

4. Tap the name of the order to view the voucher code.

5. At the store, show the code to the cashier and swipe to redeem the voucher.

For ShopeePay App user:

Step 1: Open ShopeePay App tap on “View All”.

Step 2: Tap on “E-Voucher”

Step 3: Tap on Order, tap on "To Received"

Step 4: Click the name of the voucher to access the voucher.

Step 5: Approach the cashier at the storefront and swipe to redeem your vouchers.

The cashier will scan or validate the Offline Deals codes for your purchases. 

⚠️Note:

• Offline Deals that have been redeemed through Swipe To Redeem are considered redeemed and cannot be restored in any way.
• Offline Deals purchased from Prepaid, Bills & Tickets are non-return/refundable.
• Please check with the cashier about the applicable Offline Deals terms before Swiping to redeem Offline Deals on the Shopee app.
