You can now donate via Shopee's Digital Product feature by following the steps below:

1. Access your Shopee App, click on 'See More'. Then on the next page, go to ', Prepaid, Bills & Tickets' icon and select 'Donation' under Donation & Finance category

.2. Then you can enter the amount you would like to donate (minimum amount: RM1) and select the relevant charity organization you wish to contribute on the Donation main page. Click 'Continue' to proceed.

3. In Shopee, you may donate as: 

• Anonymous - *You will not receive any official receipt from charity organisation in you opt to donate Anonymously
• Personal - Please update your "Name, Email Address" for your official receipt. 
• Business - Please update "Company Name, SSM Registration Number, Email Address" for your official receipt. 

If you donate for tax exemption purpose, you should check with LHDN website on charity organization tax exemption status to ensure the official e-receipt issued by charity organization serves tax exemption function. 

Official e-receipts will be issued by charity organizations and sent to the Email address that users input respectively.

Always check the donation details to ensure all information are correct. Click “OK ” to proceed for payment. 

4. Choose your Payment Option from ShopeePay, Credit or Debit Card, Cash Payment at 7-Eleven or Online banking. Bank Transfer could not be used to make this donation. Click “Pay Now ” to proceed payment. Click on “View Order Details” to view your donation information

5. To find your in-app donation confirmation from Shopee, please scroll down to the bottom of Order Details Page. Click on the link, your donation confirmation will be automatically downloaded.

* Terms and Conditions for Donation

1. This donation service on Shopee app is all one-time donation payment. 
2. All donation payments made through Shopee app will be delivered to the designated organisations or charity bodies.
3. User is responsible to ensure all information input is correct. The information will be shared with the selected organisations or charity bodies in order to issue an official receipt to the user. 
4. Shopee donation payment confirmation cannot be used as an official receipt. The official receipt will have to be issued by respective organisations or charity bodies.
5. Donations to organisations or charity bodies that are not recognised by LHDN will not be allowed for tax relief. Visit LHDN Website to find out more.
6. No refund is allowed for the donation payments made. 
7. Shopee reserves the right to change the donation terms and conditions in the interim.
