All requests for refund and cancelled orders except orders paid by credit/debit cards) will be refunded to your ShopeePay account. If you have activated ShopeePay, your refund will be credited to your ShopeePay account. This process may take up to 24 hours to reflect the refunded amount in your ShopeePay Account. You may update your bank account number using the steps below to withdraw the payment to your bank account.
ShopeePay Bank Account
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on Withdrawal
Step 4: Select Add New Bank Account
Please note that your ShopeePay bank account will need to be verified by our ShopeePay team and the verification process will take up to 24 hours.
Once you have updated it you will be able to withdraw the money by following the steps:
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Click on Withdrawal
Step 4: Select a Bank Account
Step 5: Enter Withdrawal Amount
Step 6: Click on Next
This withdrawal will take 3 working days to complete and shown in your bank.
If you have not activated your ShopeePay within 3 days from the date the refund is accepted, the refund will be released to your bank account. You may update your bank account number using the steps below.
Shopee Bank Account
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on the Settings icon
Step 3: Click on Bank Accounts / Cards
Step 4: Add Bank Account
Once you have updated the bank account details, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 3 working days.

⚠️ Note:
In situations where your ShopeePay is not activated or there is no bank account (for more than 60 days from the refund creation date), Shopee may process the refund in the form of a Shopee voucher issuance (of equivalent value to the refund amount).
