Yes, your friend can purchase a bus ticket on your behalf. However, please ensure to follow the steps below:

• Your friend needs to fill in your correct details in the passenger’s information section.
• Your friend should forward the bus order summary email to you.
• You are encouraged to print the order summary to speed up check-in and have your ID ready.
• Please follow the instructions in the Bus Order Summary. You may be required to provide the Order Number to check in with certain bus operators, or you may need to wait for the next email the following day to receive the actual Ticket Number to check in with certain bus operators.
• Present your order summary at the counter to receive your bus ticket.

What if your friend has filled in with his/her own details?

In this case, your friend must be physically present on the departure date to collect the ticket on your behalf.
