[Digital Products - Bus & Shuttle] Can I just present my Bus Order Summary directly to the bus and board?

It depends on the bus operator boarding procedure. Do refer to your Bus Order Summary and head to the stated pick-up location. You might come across these situations below once you have arrived at the stated location:

 

If your pick-up location has a bus counter: 

The counter should have a unit number corresponding to your Bus Order Summary, kindly proceed to this counter to exchange your Bus Order Summary for a boarding pass or a bus plate & platform number. Then, show this boarding pass to the bus driver as you board the bus. 

 

If your pick-up location does not have a bus counter:

And is, for example, a taxi stand, then you may show your Bus Order Summary (electronic / printed paper version) to the bus driver as you board the bus. You are advised to print out your order summary to avoid any delay for your journey. 

 

Will the bus wait for me if I turn up late?

All buses will leave on time and cannot wait at the expense of other passengers. Please turn up at least 30 minutes before departure. 

 

Should a child require a bus ticket? 

Any child who is between 2 to 12 years old has to purchase his/her own seat ticket. 

 

The age count is based on one's birth year.

For e.g.:  X was  born on 2-Dec-2018,Ticket Purchased on 10-Jan-2020 and will depart on 15-Jan-2020Age Count: 2020 - 2018 = 2 years oldHence, X will need a ticket as age count is based on birth year.

For children under 2 years old, it is free boarding to the bus. However, he/she will not be entitled to a seat, unless he/she holds a child ticket.
