[Digital Products - Bus & Shuttle] How can I use my Bus Order Summary to redeem a physical bus ticket?

1) Once you have successfully placed an order for your bus ticket through Shopee, you will receive a Bus Order Summary via email.

 

2) You are advised to print out the Bus Order Summary and bring it in with you on the departure date to speed up the check-in process. 

 

As the Shopee bus service is powered by EasyBook, your Bus Order Summary contains key information:

  1. Order Number - EasyBook Order Number
  2. Card ID - EasyBook Booking ID
  3. Ticket ID - Bus Operator Ticket ID

 

 

3) Please follow the instructions in your Bus Order Summary. You may be required to provide the Order Number or Ticket ID to check in with certain bus operators.

 

For some bus operators that issue a physical ticket, you will receive a second email with an e-ticket (if applicable), no later than the next working day. This will include the actual Ticket Number needed to check in with certain bus operators.

 

4) Present your Bus Order Summary at the counter to receive your physical bus ticket.
