To shop on Shopee, you must first sign up for an account. If you need guidance, refer to our Help Center article: How do I create a Shopee account?
You may be unable to create a new account due to the following:
Your mobile number is already registered with Shopee.
Your email address is already linked to an existing Shopee account.
Try logging in with your existing credentials.
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset it using the OTP sent to your phone.
Attempt to log in with your existing password.
If you don’t remember your password, contact Shopee Customer Service for assistance (refer to the support channels at the bottom of the page).
If you previously used Sign Up with Facebook, your Shopee account is automatically linked to your Facebook email and password. You can:
Log in using your Facebook credentials.
Add a phone number to this account for easier access.
If you want to unlink your Facebook email, you must delete the Facebook-linked Shopee account before using the same email for another Shopee account.
