[ShopeePay] How do I lock my ShopeePay account access if I lost my phone or suspect that someone has the access to my Shopee account?
Rest assured that without your ShopeePay PIN, no one will be able to purchase or withdrawal your ShopeePay balance. Please change your password for your Shopee account immediately. To safeguard your ShopeePay account, please do the following steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service immediately.
Contact customer service team to block your Shopee account temporarily. You may be requested to share the reason behind the account blocking request.
Upon a successful identity verification by Customer Service team, Shopee will temporary block your Shopee account.
You will be required to contact Shopee customer service team again to reactivate your account after.Step 2: Contact your mobile service provider.
