[New to Shopee] How to download my Order Receipt?

The Order Receipt acts as proof of payment which you can download using your Shopee app or Shopee web. Follow the steps below to learn how to download your order receipt:

⚠️ Note

The Receipt button is only visible when the status of the order is marked ‘Completed’
The Receipt button is only visible for orders made on the 2nd of May 2022 onwards
Orders that have been Returned or Refunded won't generate an invoice
Kindly ensure the Email Address you entered is valid so you can receive your Order Receipt through the app.

Shopee Web

Step 1: Click on your Profile Username

Step 2: Click on My Purchase

Step 3: Select to view Order Details

Step 4: Click on View Receipt

Step 5: Click on Order Receipt to download the receipt for your order

⚠️ Note:

The receipt will be downloaded and saved to your device after following Step 5

Step 1: Click on the Me tab

Step 2: Click on View Purchase History

Step 3: Select Completed tab and choose the order for which you want to check the receipt

Step 4: Scroll down and click on View on the Receipt tab

Step 5: Click Send to receive your order receipt via email
