What is the Shopee Supermarket Brand Membership Programme?

Shopee Supermarket Brand Membership programme is a free membership programme that rewards our loyal customers such as Exclusive Perks, Rebates & Rewards for buying products on the Shopee Supermarket Official Store.

 

How do I sign Up?

 

Steps to sign up as Shopee Supermarket Brand Member:-

1) Open Shopee App and click on "Shopee Supermarket Icon" (Blue Trolley Cart)

2) Click on "Membership" on the bottom of the navigation bar

3) Click "Join" to sign up for Membership.

(You will be given a one-off Sign Up Bonus of 100 Membership Points when you sign up with us as a member.)

 

What are the benefits of joining Shopee Supermarket Membership?

Being a member of Shopee Supermarket, you will be able to enjoy exclusive membership vouchers, exclusive deals, earn membership points, redeem amazing gifts and many more.

 

 

How can I claim Shopee Supermarket exclusive membership vouchers?

Ensure that you are signed in to your Shopee Account and a Shopee Supermarket Member.

 

Steps to claim your Membership Vouchers:-

1) Open Shopee App and click on "Shopee Supermarket Icon" (Blue Trolley Cart)

2) Click on "Membership" at the bottom of the navigation bar.

3) Click "Claim Now" under "Welcome back, Shopee Supermarket Member" Section

4) Scroll down and Click "Claim" for each of the vouchers.

 

Free Shipping Voucher & Membership vouchers are fully redeemed?

 

Don't worry. These vouchers will be refreshed.

 

1) Free Shipping Voucher will be refreshed on Daily basis.

2) Membership vouchers will be refreshed every Saturday.

 

 

How do I earn Membership Points?

 

You can earn points from purchasing any eligible products within Shopee Supermarket. Points are credited when orders are completed. However, Returned, refunded or canceled orders shall not earn any Membership Points. (For your information, new members will be given a One-off Sign Up Bonus of 100 Membership Points when you sign up with us as a member)

 

 

How to know your existing Membership Points?

 

Ensure that you are signed in to your Shopee Account and a Shopee Supermarket Member.

 

1) Open Shopee App and tap on "Shopee Supermarket Icon" (Blue Trolley Cart)

 

2) Tap "Shopee Supermarket Brand Membership" banner in Shopee Supermarket Main page.

3) You may view your accumulated reward points just below your members' tier.

How do I redeem my Gifts with my existing Membership Points?

 

Ensure that you are signed in to your Shopee Account and a Shopee Supermarket Member.

 

Steps to redeem your Gifts with your accumulated Membership Points:-

1) Open Shopee App and tap on "Shopee Supermarket Icon" (Blue Trolley Cart)

 

2) Click on "Membership" at the bottom of the navigation bar.

3) Scroll to the bottom

4) Click "See All" on the right to view all the gifts

Do I need to purchase anything to redeem my Gifts/Rewards?

 

Free gifts or products can be redeemed with or without the purchase of an item. However, standard store shipping fee will still apply for orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria.

 

Can I return Rewards I have redeemed?

 

No. Any Rewards redeemed cannot be returned or exchanged for points or cash or for another product.

 

 

Are there any limitations to the number of Rewards that i can redeem?

 

No, unless stated otherwise. There will be no limitation to the number of rewards that you will redeem as long you have the

 

How long can you maintain your existing Membership Points?

 

12 Months only. Membership Points are valid for 12 months from the issue date, unless otherwise specified by Shopee. For instance, you were awarded 1,000 points upon completion on your order with Shopee Supermarket on 27th October 2021, this 1,000 points earned on this date will last till 27 October 2022.

 

Can Membership Points be transferred to another account?

 

No. Membership Points are non-transferrable amongst Shopee Brand Membership Buyers, and may only be used for personal usage only.

 

What are membership tiers & point multipliers?

 

We offer 4 membership tiers: "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold" and "Platinum". Every tiers will have different points multipliers.

 

 

Steps to check your current membership tier:-

 

1) Open Shopee App and tap on "Shopee Supermarket Icon" (Blue Trolley Cart)

 

2) Click on "Membership" at the bottom of the navigation bar.

3) You may view the Membership tier on the top

 

 

What are the requirements to move up to the next membership tier?

 

The following spending is needed to move up to the next membership tier.

 

Bronze: RM0.00 Spending

Silver: RM500 Spending

Gold: RM1,500 Spending

Platinum: RM3,500 Spending

 

How do I maintain my Silver or Gold Status?

 

To extend your existing membership status for another 12 months, you must continue to spend RM1,500 in a 12 months period after achieving the tier status by purchasing products solely from Shopee Supermarket. For example, if you achieved your Gold Status on 15th March 2021, you will need to spend a minimum of RM1,500 before 15th March 2022 to maintain your Gold tier status. If you have earned a Gold tier status previously but do not meet the requirement needed to maintain it, you will be downgraded to a Silver Status (or equivalent membership tier based on the number of points at the end of expiry period).

 

Will my Silver or Gold Status be affected if I redeem all my membership points?

 

No, your privilege status is valid for a 12-month period irrespective of the number of points used or still available in your account during that period.
