Sale Terms:

1. Please ensure correct (i) full name(s); (ii) email address(es); and (iii) mobile number(s) are entered in the “Contact Details” section during the order process as the Order Confirmation and e-Ticket will be issued based on the information provided by you and sent to the email address provided. A minimum of one (1) set of contact details is required. 2. Order Confirmation e-mail and e-Ticket will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of successful payment made by you (“Receipt Period”). Please contact Shopee Malaysia’s Customer Service if the Order Confirmation email is not received by you within the Receipt Period. 3. You are responsible for ensuring that all Ticket holder details entered during the order process are true and accurate. Details required are as follows: (i) first and middle name; (ii) last name; (iii) National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) / Passport; and (iv) mobile number. 4. Any changes to the Ticket holder’s details after Succesful Purchase is not allowed. You shall be solely responsible for the restriction of admission in the event of wrong or false information filled during the order process. 5. Ticket holder is not allowed to transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the Event, including but not limited to, any picture, video, audio, or reproduction concerning the Event (including pre and post Event activities). 6. Ticket holder as participant to the Event agree and grants unrestricted rights to use the holder's likeness incidental to any broadcast, telecast, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event or otherwise to the participating artists, promoters of the Event, and all entities affiliated with the Event, or their respective agents to the Organizer. 7. The Ticket may not be re-sold in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation.

Purchase Confirmation:

1. A Ticket is deemed purchased after payment is successfully made (“Successful Purchase”). e-Ticket(s) and/or Event’s details will be made available to you via email. 2. In the event your purchase is canceled by the Event organizer (“Organizer”), you will be notified via email with the relevant information and assistance for a refund. Kindly refer to the Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the Organizer section below for further details. 3. To access, download or retrieve your e-Ticket(s) kindly check Shopee Apps’ Order Details Page or check your Order Confirmation email. 4. In the event of any issues encountered during the purchase process and to prevent any duplicate purchase, you can contact Shopee’s Customer Service for assistance. In the event of a duplicate purchase, any refunds are subject to the Organizer / Partner’s refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, Shopee Malaysia shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, and/or fees in relation to any duplicate purchases made by you.

Admission:

Admission Requirements: Your Order Confirmation, e-Ticket(s), and any other documentation required by the Event’s organizer (including your identity card or passport) must be brought with you on the Event Day as these documents will be required at the admission counter. You are solely responsible to obtain and present all documents as required by the Organizer. Admission Time: Kindly ensure that you have allocated sufficient time for the Event’s security screening and checks. No refunds will be allowed due to your failure to arrive on time and/or enter the Event before the gate closes. The Organizer reserves the right to inspect and/or search Ticket holders, packages, and bags before entering the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the Ticket holder entry or cancel the Ticket if the Ticket holder is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, use vulgar or abusive language or violate any other venue rule or regulation.

Refund Policy:

1. In the event your booking is canceled by the Partner / the Organizer, you will be notified via email with the relevant information on the refund procedure. For the avoidance of doubt, Shopee Malaysia will not be responsible for any form of refund to you. 2. Shopee Malaysia will not be responsible to refund you or exchange your Ticket(s) in the event of any error made by you when purchasing your Tickets (including but not limited to selecting the wrong date or the wrong event type) and/or if you are excluded from entering the event for breach of this Terms and Conditions. 3. All Refund requests shall be dependent on the policies and approval of the Organizer or the Partner only.

Cancellation Policy:

A. Cancellation By Organizer 1. In the event of any cancellation of Tickets by the Organizer, you will be notified via email with the relevant information and assistance for a refund. 2. Any Shopee Vouchers that have been used during the order process will not be returned or refunded in any form. B. Cancellation By Buyer 1. Upon Successful Purchase, changing of the Ticket’s holder details including but not limited to name and seating are dependent on the policies and approval of the Organizer or the Partner only. 2. Upon Successful Purchase, all cancellations and refund requests are solely dependent on the policies and approval of the applicable event organizer or GlobalTix only.

Personal Data:

1. You hereby acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data received during the order process will be shared by Shopee Malaysia to the Partner, the Event’s organizer (“Organizer”), and third-party service providers (where applicable), for the purpose of fulfilling the order and to enhance your experience with the Partner and/or the Organizer in their future dealings with you, including for any marketing/promotion’s communication with you. 2. As part of the order proess, you may be required to provide your personal details to Shopee Malaysia which details may include (i) name, (ii) email address, and (iii) contact details (“Personal Data”). 3. Your Personal Data will be used for the following purposes:- (a) payment transaction processing; (b) settlement of fund, refund or cancellation, dispute, and/or chargeback of the payment transaction; (c) general administration; (d) respond to your inquiries and complaints and generally resolve disputes; (e) update, consolidate and improve the accuracy of our records; (f) produce data, reports, and statistics which have been aggregated in a manner that does not identify you as an individual; (g) marketing communications (h) meet the disclosure requirements of any law binding on us; (i) for audit, compliance, and risk management purposes; (j) any other purpose that we deem necessary and/or as required or permitted by any law, regulations, guidelines, and/or relevant regulatory authorities; or (k) any other purposes as stated in the Privacy Policies available at Shopee Malaysia platform. 4. General Terms:

1. Shopee Malaysia reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions at any time at Shopee Malaysia’s absolute discretion without prior notice. 2. Shopee Malaysia will not be responsible for any loss, liability, or damages arising out of the order and your use of the Services by you in any way. You hereby forever waive, release and discharge Shopee Malaysia, our agencies, sponsors, and representatives from and against, any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages, or expenses which you or any party claiming through you hereafter may have arising out of the order whether direct or indirectly, consequential or foreseeable. 3. You shall indemnify Shopee Malaysia, our affiliates, agent, and sponsors from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses suffered thereby as a result of your breach of the warranties and undertakings and any breach of these Terms and Conditions. 4.
