a. Lost parcel claims process
- Ensure parcel is >25 days from pickup date.
- Provide supporting documents such as waybill and image of the parcel as proof of delivery.
- Email proof of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
b. Damaged parcel claims process
- Must raise the claim within 3 working days from delivered date.
- Provide supporting documents such as waybill and image of damaged parcel.
- Describe the condition of the product.
- Email the supporting documents to email@example.com.
