a. Lost parcel claims process
- Ensure parcel does not exceed 30 days from pickup date.
- Provide supporting documents such as waybill and invoice as proof.
- Email proof of delivery to [email protected].
b. Damaged parcel claims process
- Must raise the claim within 5 working days from delivered date.
- Must not click on order receipt.
- Provide supporting documents such as waybill and image of damaged parcel.
- Email the supporting documents to [email protected].
