If you have shipped the order:
- Communicate with your buyer and help to locate the package.
* If the order has been received/found, ask your buyer to cancel this non-receipt claim.
- Respond to this non-receipt claim by clicking “Submit Dispute to Shopee” within 3 days from the date the non-receipt claim is raised to reject the buyer’s claim. If we do not hear from you within the timeframe, we will proceed to refund the buyer.
- Picture of waybill for the shipped package (Compulsory)
- Picture of PL9 form (If any)
