You can extend Shopee Guarantee only once.
If you still have not received your order, tap on “Request Refund/Return” on the "Order Detail" page. Select the product(s) that you have not received, choose the reason “I did not receive the product(s)” and fill in your email address. We will investigate your case as soon as possible.
