If a request is raised due to Damaged Item or Wrong Item Received, no action is required from you.
The Buyer will return the order back to Shopee for inspection. Shopee will then decide if the Return meets our criteria, and then either accept the Return (returning the product to you), or decline it (returning the product back to the Buyer).
We will process the return within 5 working days after receiving the item in Shopee's warehouse and you will be notified of the outcome via in-app Push Notification and email.
