Shopee believes that proper ratings are beneficial to our entire community.
However, you may send an email to email@example.com if your rating contains the following:
- Rating contains inappropriate language (e.g. profanities, hate speech)
- Rating contains private information (e.g. addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts)
- Rating contains inappropriate picture (e.g. picture not related to product)
While we understand that negative ratings (especially a 1-star rating without comments) can be aggravating to sellers trying to achieve a high shop rating, Shopee will not delete these ratings unless they fall under the above scenarios.
We strongly encourage sellers to contact buyers directly to better understand the reason for the negative rating. Buyers may choose to change their rating after your follow-up actions.
