All sellers will begin with 0 points.
Every Monday, Shopee will evaluate and update sellers on how well they have performed on the following key metrics in the previous weeks:
- Non-fulfillment rate (Target: less than 10%) based on past 30 days orders.
- Late shipment rate (Target: less than 20%) based on past 30 days orders.
- Listing Violations. Including prohibited listings and advertisements, IP infringement and counterfeit, listing spam (keyword/price spam, duplicate listings), switching listings to retain previous reviews - based on past 7 days orders.
1 penalty point is received for each unmet target or for each of the above listing violations.
*From 7th May 2018 onwards, sellers with a high number of spam, prohibited and/or counterfeit listings will receive 2 penalty points.
Penalty points are updated every Monday once the evaluation is done.
Do your best to fulfill all orders on time and observe good listing practices to maintain a clean sheet (0 penalty points)!
