Kindly wait for your buyer to send the item(s) to your return address.
Once the buyer ships out the item(s) and enters the required shipping information via the Shopee app, you will receive a notification and will be able to view the return shipping details. Upon receiving the returned item(s) in its expected condition, simply tap on Refund to release your refund.
If the buyer does not ship the item(s) in 3 days, their return request will be automatically cancelled and Shopee will release the payment to you.
Please note that you have to tap either Refund or Dispute Return within 5 days from the date your buyer entered his/her return shipping information. If you do not respond with 5 days, the refund will be automatically released to the buyer.
