You may use Shopee Coins to redeem vouchers via the Coins Rewards page. To redeem your desired voucher, click on the ‘Redeem’ button on the voucher. Next, click on the ‘Copy’ button to automatically copy the voucher’s promo code. Simply paste it in the ‘Promo Code’ field during Checkout to apply the code.

In case you forget the voucher code, this voucher code will also be sent to you as a Push Notification. You can find it under the ‘Promotions’ folder in your Notifications page.

The vouchers redeemed are still subject to its individual terms and conditions, such as minimum spend, discount cap and expiry dates. Please check terms and conditions before redeeming any voucher. Each voucher is limited to a one time use per user. Shopee Coins will not be refunded once they are used to redeem vouchers. If your voucher expires before you have used it, Shopee Coins will not be refunded to you as well.
