1. The Lowest Price Guarantee program only applies to products with the ‘Lowest Price Guaranteed’ label, and is subject to the Terms & Conditions below.
2. Claim will only be awarded with coins after a purchase has been successfully paid for on Shopee.
- A valid order number is required from the Buyer in order to verify that the purchase was made.
- Claim without a valid order number will not be entitled to Shopee Coins.
- Claim must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase or within 72 hours of spotting the price difference, with a visible timestamp in screenshot or picture.
3. Products from Competitor Platforms must meet the following criteria:
- Product is a new item, and cannot be Used, Second-hand, Refurbished or Fake.
- Products must match the same Model Number, Variation, Specifications, Colour/Shade, Export/Local Set, Country of origin, Country shipped from, Warranty terms and Product Bundles. All items must be an exact match.
- Product is in stock at Shopee MY and Other Platforms during time of claim.
- Product prices must include lowest shipping fee, if available. Shipping fee does not include self collection or any non-delivery methods.
- Product prices shall not include price reductions made by vouchers, cashbacks, wholesale pricing, group buy pricing, auction pricing, price errors and/or credit card promotions.

Shopee reserves the right to reject claims of 'Lowest Price Guaranteed' in the event of fraud or abuse of the program from either buyers or sellers.Decisions that have been taken by Shopee MY are absolute and inviolable.If there is any evidence of fraudulent activities found, Shopee MY reserves the right to reject the claim.
