If you received a fake item from a seller in Shopee Mall, you will be able 2x money back the amount you paid for the product.
To claim, kindly follow the steps below.
- Raise a return request on Shopee for your order.
- Choose the reason "Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)".
- In the Return/Refund Reason section, indicate that the product you have received is a counterfeit/fake product, and why do you think so it is fake.
- Click submit.
- Ship back the items to us using the Return Airwaybill that is provided in your parcel.
- Our Shopee Returns Team will evaluate and authenticate the product.
- Once our investigation shows that the product is indeed a counterfeit/fake, we will the amount you paid for the order into your Shopee Wallet.
- We would then refund another 1x of your order through a manual Bank Transfer within 14 working days from the date the result is released.
- Do update your Bank Account in Shopee in order for us to be able to perform the payment!
