[Delivery] Why can’t I select a shipping option during checkout?

If you see the error messages as shown below on the Checkout page :

 

  • This product does not support the selected shipping option 
  • No available shipping option

 

This may indicate that the delivery address entered is incomplete or invalid. Alternatively, the address could be outside the courier's serviceable area.

 

💡 Tip:

 

  • If this issue occurs, you can set their address to the state, county, or city’s post office for self-collection.

To resolve this issue, check that your delivery address is complete and edit it accordingly if required by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select Delivery Address on the Checkout page

Step 2: Select the address you wish to change and click on Edit 

Step 3: Edit the Delivery Address details accordingly

If the issue persists, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The order exceeds the weight or dimension limits.
  • The shipping address is outside the serviceable area.
 
It is recommended to use an alternative address to receive your Shopee order.
